Many years ago, I was fortunate to work with Miltos at Cambridge. Today whilst walking in the forest, I noticed the leaves turning and thought, ah it must nearly be time for the SGAI conference. And then I remembered. Miltos always made me laugh, no matter how busy he was, his cheeky smile and his enthusiasm with the students was lovely to see. He will be sadly missed.
