Miltos was a wonderful student and subsequently colleague at Greenwich, always very cheerful, never indulging in departmental politics. He did tend to "rabbit on" rather a bit, and he was insufferable in July 2004 when Greece won the UEFA Euro championships against odds of 80-1. I will miss him sorely. My thoughts are with Yvonne and their four chilldren
